  • Davis will succeed former CEO Steve Rusckowski, who will remain as chairman through March 31.
  • Davis serves as CEO and president, a role he assumed in November 2022 after a gradual leadership transition plan.
  • Earlier, Quest( DGX ) and Tower Health teamed up to provide laboratory services .
