QRTEP - QVC becomes fuboTV's first live shopping channel

FuboTV (NYSE:FUBO) has added its first live-streaming shopping channel, as QVC (NASDAQ:QRTEA) makes its debut on the streaming platform. QVC will feature 20 hours of live programming per day on the platform, along with four hours of pre-recorded content. It's a milestone for both sides. With the launch, QVC (part of Qurate Retail) is now available on the top live-streaming platforms with a combined reach of 14 million U.S. subscribers, reaching nearly 95% of pay digital live-streaming TV households. On a down market day, Qurate Retail (QRTEA) is 3.1% lower; FUBO is 6.2% lower. FuboTV (FUBO) has 1.06 million North American subscribers.
