R-3 Technologies ( OTCPK:RRRT ) said Wednesday that company and YING Inc. have mutually agreed to terminate the merger transaction they had recently entered into effective immediately.

The company also said CEO Karla Ballard has tendered her resignation effective immediately.

The business of YING shall exit the company and all shares tendered for the business shall be returned to the Treasury of the company.

The parties concluded that expectations regarding the viability of their relationship had not "materialized".
