RRD - R.R. Donnelley gains after Chatham Asset raises bid to $10.25/share

R.R. Donnelley (NYSE:RRD) rose 2.7% in premarket trading after Chatham Asset Management offered to buy the shares it doesn't already own for $10.25 a share after the company announced it has received a $10 offer yesterday. Chatham already owns 14.9% of RRD shares and disclosed that it owns approximately 56.7% of RRD’s outstanding notes, including more than 50% of the Company’s 6.125% senior secured notes due November 2026, according to a statement.
