Radian (NYSE:RDN) rose 4% after a report that the mortgage insurance company is exploring a potential sale. Radian is said to have hired an investment bank to assist with the sales process, according to a StreetInsider report. It wasn't clear what started the strategic review. Radian is set to release Q4 results on Feb. 23.
