Radiant Logistics (RLGT) reported Q4 revenue growth of 34.6% Y/Y to $275.5M; whereas net revenue margin declined 1,040 bps to 18.2%.Q4 margins as a % of net revenues: Operating increased 481 bps to 15.5%; EBITDA increased 450 bps to 21.8% and Adj. EBITDA too increased 740 bps to 26.2%.As of June 30, Co. had $34.8M of cash on hand and net debt of $17.1M, less than one half of one turn trailing 12 months EBITDA, giving additional financial flexibility to navigate any further market weakness.“Our work, particularly in support of the movement of PPE, has helped us to achieve record results of $13.1M in adj.
