Radiant Logistics (NYSE:RLGT) board authorized the repurchase of up to 5M shares through Dec.31, 2023. As of Feb. 1, 2022, the company had 49.4M shares outstanding. "We believe the current share price does not adequately reflect Radiant's long-term growth prospects, and therefore, the repurchase of our shares could represent an excellent investment opportunity for both the company and our shareholders," founder & CEO Bohn Crain commented.
