Rafael Holdings (NYSEMKT: RFL) owns real estate assets and a stake in Rafael Pharmaceuticals ((RP)). The stock has tripled this year apparently based on enthusiasm for RP’s only drug in development, an anti-cancer compound known as CPI-613 (named after the 613 commandments in the Torah). RP has been
