METC - Ramaco upsizes its credit facility through KeyBank
Ramaco Resources Inc.
Ramaco Resources ( NASDAQ: METC ) said Friday its principal bank lender, KeyBank, has amended the company's existing revolving credit agreement to increase the overall commitments to $125 million, and extend maturity to 2026.
The facility also an ability to access an additional $50 million through an accordion feature.
Ramaco's overall credit facility has been increased to $175 million.
