RYAM - Rayonier secures $250M term loan from Oaktree

  • Rayonier Advanced Materials ( NYSE: RYAM ) has obtained $250 million in secured term loan financing from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP, the company said Thursday.

  • RYAM said the term loan proceeds, along with its $85 million of balance sheet cash, will be used to redeem the remaining $318 million of existing 2024 senior unsecured notes.

  • The term loan will mature on July 20, 2027.
