RBA - RB Global beats Q2 top and bottom line estimates; names new CEO

• RB Global press release ( NYSE: RBA ): Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.85 beats by $0.10 .
• Revenue of $1.1B (+128% Y/Y) beats by $50M . This includes $560.4M from the impact of the IAA acquisition.
• RB ( RBA ) appointed its COO Jim Kessler as CEO and board member.
• Megan Cash, most recently SVP - global control and corporate finance, has been named principal finance and accounting officer.
• These appointments are effective immediately, and follow the exit of CEO Ann Fandozzi (over pay package contention) and CFO Eric Jacobs.
• RB Global ( RBA ) will hire an executive search firm to assist in the search for a permanent CFO.
