(Nasdaq: RICK) plans to file its 10-K, report financial results for its fiscal 2022 fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2022 , and hold a related conference call on Twitter Spaces after the market closes on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 .

Early that evening, RCI also plans to hold a Meet Management event at Rick's Cabaret New York, 50 W 33rd Street, New York, NY 10001.
