RICK - RCI club & restaurant sales up 9.5% in 2Q21

RCI Hospitality ([[RICK]] -0.8%) reports 29 of 38 clubs were open the full quarter, and all 10 Bombshells were open during 2Q21.Total club and restaurant sales were up 9.5Y Y/Y to $43.5M; and same-store sales increased by 26.3% Y/Y to $16.9M.Nightclubs total sales were $30.4M a decrease of 1.9% Y/Y; and Nightclubs same-store sales increased to $6.9M compared to $6.6M.Bombshells total sales increased by 49.5% Y/Y to $13.2M; and Bombshells same-store sales increased by 48.6% Y/Y to $10M.Company ended the quarter with ~$20M in cash.Company says total sales in January were better than December. February was affected by the Texas Freeze; and in March, RCI recorded the highest monthly club and restaurant sales in company history.
