RDAR - RDAR Announces Filing of Corporate Name Change to Telvantis, Inc.

NEW YORK, NY - June 13, 2025 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Telvantis, Inc., formerly Raadr, Inc. (OTC: ) (“Telvantis” or the “Company”), today announced that, after Board and Majority Shareholder approval, it has filed an amendment changing its corporate name to “Telvantis, Inc.”

The Company has already initiated the required FINRA Corporate Action submission to obtain market implementation of the corporate name change, as well as a change in ticker symbol. The Company is unable to predict the completion date of the FINRA Corporate Action process.
