  • RNWK will merge with Greater Heights, an affiliate of Glaser, and each outstanding RNWK share will be converted into the right to receive cash consideration of $0.73/share.
  • Glaser and his affiliates together own ~39% of RNWK's outstanding shares.
  • The deal amount represents 25.9% premium to RNWK's last close.
  • The merger is expected to close in Q4.
