Recruiter.com ( NASDAQ: RCRT ) has effected a reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock at a ratio of 1-for-15, the company said Thursday.
The reverse stock split will allow the company to meet the listing requirements on the Nasdaq.
The common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on August 25, 2023, under the CUSIP number 75630B402.
The company's symbol on the Nasdaq will remain RCRT.
