Reeltime Rentals ([[RLTR]] -10.3%) purchased 100% of LoudMouth Media from Conservative Broadcast Media & journalism ([[CBMJ]] +4.2%) via issuance of 100% shares of Restricted Common Stock to the latter in exchange for receiving 5M shares of Loudmouth Media.Currently, LoudMouth News is cleared to air on 700+ radio stations in the U.S., 128 in Canada."LoudMouth has built a successful distribution network and has developed itself as a pioneer in cutting edge radio and multimedia content and commentary on all things related to the marijuana industry," Reeltime CEO Barry Henthorn commented.
