  • Regional Management ( NYSE: RM ) said Thursday it closed a $200M asset-backed securitization , which has a 2-year revolving period.
  • The deal was a private offering of securities.
  • "The transaction strengthens our balance sheet, further diversifies our funding sources, and moderates our exposure to interest rate risk. Following the transaction, nearly 100% of our debt carries a fixed rate, with a weighted average revolving duration of 2.3 years and a weighted-average coupon of 3.6%," said Regional Management ( RM ) CEO Robert Beck.
