VIACA - Regulator OKs ViacomCBS purchase of Chilevisión from WarnerMedia

A Chilean regulator has given the go-ahead to a sale of Chilevisión by WarnerMedia (T +0.1%) to ViacomCBS ([[VIAC]] -2.4%, [[VIACA]] -0.6%). The National Economic Prosecutor's Office has deemed that the transaction doesn't generate risks and will increase market competition. The companies reached a deal for Chilevisión in early April. WarnerMedia is also the owner of CNN Chile, and CDF.
