RYMDF - Relay Medical launches private placement

Relay Medical ([[RYMDF]] -0.3%) announced a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $5M through the issuance of units at $0.20/unit.Each unit comprises of one common share and one share purchase warrant; entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.30/share for 18 months from issuance date.Underwriters granted to purchase 4.6M options to purchase common shares with 5 years expiry from grant date.Gross proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.Separately, Relay Medical appointed Derek Ivany to its advisory board for advising on corporate development, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
