Thank you, Savannah. Good morning, and welcome to RenaissanceRe's first quarter earnings conference call. Joining me today to discuss our results are Kevin O'Donnell, President and Chief Executive Officer; Bob Qutub, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and David Marra, Executive Vice President and Group Chief Underwriting Officer.

Thanks, Keith. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining today's call. Last night, we reported an annualized operating return on average common equity of 29%. This is a great start to the year and builds on our momentum following an equally strong finish to last year. Individually, each of our three drivers of profit, underwriting fee, and investment income are performing well. Having all three aligned at the same time, however, has resulted in one of the strongest return profiles I've seen in my career....
