RNSDF - Renault and Nissan set to unveil alliance overhaul in February - Reuters

Nissan Motor ( OTCPK:NSANY ) and Renault ( OTCPK:RNSDF ) are due to formally announce a new deal to reorient their partnership in early February, according to Reuters.

Per the reporting , the two automakers will make the announcement in London on February 6. The announcement follows “intense negotiations” in recent months that were only recently settled via video conference.

Renault is interested in securing investments from Nissan in its EV efforts, while Nissan is most concerned with seeing Renault reduce its sizable stake in the Japanese automaker. The details of the new arrangement to be revealed in February remain unclear at this time.
