RenovaCare (RCAR) elects CEO and President Alan L. Rubino for the additional role of Chairman, effective Oct. 1, 2020.The appointment comes after the resignation of former Chairman Harmel S. Rayat on the same date. Addressing his departure from the company, Mr. Rayat notes "Over the last year, Alan and his expanded management team have exceeded both the Board’s expectations and mine, and their extensive experience and wide-ranging capabilities have now allowed me to devote more time to my family office portfolio."
