RCII - Rent-A-Center provides Q3 guidance raises FY20 guidance on strong performance

Rent-A-Center (RCII) +3% expects Q3 revenues $695M-$715M vs. consensus of $687.02M, Adj. EBITDA of $85M-$95M, and Non-GAAP EPS of $0.95 and $1.05 vs. consensus of $0.61. Q3 same store sales to be between 10-12%.The company revised FY20 guidance higher:Revenues of $2.78B-$2.83B vs.$2.77B consensus.Non-GAAP EPS of $3.15-$3.45 vs. $2.75 consensus.FCF of $155M-$180M.Adj. EBITDA of $295M-$320M.“Our business is continuing to perform very well driving better than expected financial results,” said Mitch Fadel, Chief Executive Officer. “Lease portfolio performance and customer payment activity have remained strong in both businesses even without additional government stimulus”
