• The Piper Sandler Growth Frontiers Conference, to be held in Nashville, TN. Management will participate in a fireside chat on September 14, at 11:00 AM ET/10:00 AM CT. The live webcast of this event will be available on Rent the Runway’s investor relations website under the “Events” section at https://investors.renttherunway.com/ . The webcast will also be available for replay for a limited time following the presentation.
• The Wells Fargo Consumer Conference, to be held in Dana Point, CA. Management will participate in investor meetings on September 21 and 22.
• The Goldman Sachs Sustainability Forum, the be held in New York City. Management will participate in investor meetings on September 29.
