REPYY - Repsol said to plans sale of 49% interest in clean-energy plants in Spain

Repsol ( OTCQX:REPYY ) ( OTCQX:REPYF ) is planning to sell a 49% ownership interest in wind farms and photovoltaic power plants in Spain, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The transaction will be valued at 700 million to 800 million euros ($771 million-$881 million), Spanish news website El Confidencial reported.
The renewable plants are either operating or close to starting up, and have a total capacity of 600 megawatts. They’re located in Andalusia, Aragon, Castile-La Mancha and Castile and Leon, Reuters reported.
