REAL - Resale rally: ThredUp Stitch Fix and RealReal all jump more than 20%

ThredUp ( NASDAQ: TDUP ) shot up 20.49% a day after reporting mixed Q2 earnings .

On Wall Street, Wells Fargo said it remains bullish on TDUP's long-term model even as challenges persist in the near term. The firm called the second-half 2023 EBITDA break-even target from ThredUp ( TDUP ) an encouraging sign for bulls to latch on to.

ThredUp's ( TDUP ) big gain was topped by Stitch Fix ( SFIX ) +23.10% and almost matched by RealReal ( REAL ) +20.18% amid a session that saw a better-than-feared earnings report from Walmart boost sentiment in the retail sector and a big surge in highly-shorted stocks broadly across the market. Rent the Runway ( RENT ) +6.20% could not match those rallies, but was solidly in positive territory.
