REVG - REV Group prices 5.5M-share secondary offering at $15.50

REV Group (REVG) has priced its public offering of 5.5M common shares by certain selling stockholders at $15.50/share.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 825K shares.Closing date is June 15.REV Group will not receive any proceeds from the offering by the selling stockholders.
