RBKB - Rhinebeck Bancorp: A Mediocre Play

My unending search for new and interesting companies to analyze has led me on fascinating journeys over the years. One of the most recent companies that I have been fortunate enough to come across is Rhinebeck Bancorp ( RBKB ), a very small publicly traded bank with a market capitalization of about $128 million as of this writing. This is very near the low end of the range that I look at for not only banks but companies as a whole. Whenever I find a smaller company like this, it is my hope that I will find a hidden gem that the market is overlooking. But alas, that is not the case here....
