• FY22 total revenue of approximately $1.7B vs. $1.71B consensus.
• FY22 Net income of approximately $317M to $320M
• FY22 Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $461M to $465M
• FY22 Short- and long-term debt of approximately $610M
• FY22 Net debt of approximately $116M
• For Q4, the company expects GTV of ~$1.5B
• Total revenue of approximately $444M vs. $411.3M consensus
• Net income of approximately $42M to $45M
