Rockley Photonics (NYSE:RKLY) said Wednesday Mahesh Karanth will resign as CFO to pursue other interests. RKLY promoted Chad Becker, VP of financial planning and analysis, to the role of interim CFO, effective immediately. The company will retain an executive search firm and start a formal search for a permanent CFO. RKLY also reaffirmed its earlier revenue guidance for 2022.
