RMTI - Rockwell Medical enters into an amended purchase agreement

Rockwell Medical ( NASDAQ: RMTI ) said on Thursday it has entered into an amended and restated products purchase agreement with its largest customer.
As part of the deal, the company and the unnamed customer agreed to an increase in product pricing, starting from Sept.1 and continuing till Dec. 31 2024.
The deal also includes a one-time payment to RMTI on or after Dec.1 2023.
The company added, the customer also has the option to further extend the agreement through Dec. 31 2025.
