- Rocky Brands ( NASDAQ: RCKY ) said Thursday it promoted its CFO Tom Robertson to the newly-created role of COO.
- A search for a new CFO will begin immediately.
- Robertson served as RCKY's EVP, CFO and treasurer since May 2018.
- Robertson will continue to serve as CFO till RCKY identifies his replacement.
