Roivant Sciences ( NASDAQ: ROIV ) on Wednesday announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of common shares. Roivant expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of common shares. All of the common shares are being offered by Roivant.
