ROKU - Roku closes on acquisition of Nielsen's advanced video ad business

Roku (ROKU) has closed the acquisition of Nielsen's (NLSN) Advanced Video Advertising business. The two announced the transaction March 1, a catalyst that boosted both stocks. The acquisition includes Nielsen's video automatic content recognition and dynamic ad insertion tech - which will accelerate Roku's plans for an end-to-end dynamic ad insertion solution for traditional television.
