RiverNorth Capital and Income Fund ( RSF ) is a rather unique closed-end fund, as it is an interval fund that is listed publicly for investors to buy and sell. An interval structure repurchases shares quarterly, between 5-25%. With this feature, an investor can receive a small portion of the net asset value of their holding regularly. That means any discount that the fund trades at is somewhat attractive. However, the fund does overpay on its distribution relative to what it has been able to earn, and that means that NAV has continually trended lower....
