Vancouver, B.C. - TheNewswire – October 27, 2021 – RTMinerals Corp. (TSXV:RTM) (OTC:RTMFF) (the “Company”) is pleasedto announce that further to its news release of September 23, 2021,the Company has completed a non-brokered private placement to raisegross proceeds of $100,000 (the “Offering”) through the sale of2,000,000 units priced at $0.05 (the “Units”). Each Unit consistsof one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable intoone further common share at a price of $0.065 for a term of two years.The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general workingcapital. Finders’ fees of $8,000 (8% cash) were paid on theOffering. All securities issued are restricted from trading untilFebruary 28, 2022.
