Vancouver, B.C. – TheNewswire - April 29, 2022 – RT Minerals Corp.(TSXV:RTM) (OTC:RTMFF) (the “Company” or“RTM”) announces that further to the Company’s news release ofApril 13, 2022, the Company has now completed the cancellation andreturn to treasury of 18,900,000 common shares of the Company (the“Surplus Escrow Shares”) in accordance with a July 14, 2021 TSXVenture Exchange (“TSXV”) Surplus Escrow Share Agreement (the“Escrow Agreement”).
As detailed in the Company’s March 22, 2022 and April13, 2022 news releases, the Company’s abandonment of the CatharineGold Inc. Claims totalling 102 square kilometres resulted in arequirement under the Escrow Agreement and the policies of the TSXV tocancel the 18,900,000 Surplus Escrow Shares remaining inescrow.
Following the cancellation and return to treasury ofthe Surplus Escrow Shares, the Company now has 59,794,654 commonshares issued and outstanding.
