RHP - Ryman Hospitality Properties launches $400M private debt offering

RHP Hotel Properties, LP and RHP Finance Corporation subsidiaries of Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) to offer $400M of senior unsecured notes due 2029 in a private placement. The Issuers intend to use the net proceeds together with available cash to fund the concurrent cash tender offer for any and all of the $400M outstanding 2023 Notes, to redeem any of the 2023 Notes remain outstanding and any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
