RHP - Ryman Hospitality upsizes notes offering by $100M to $400M

• Ryman Hospitality Properties ( NYSE: RHP ) upsized and priced the private placement of $400M of 7.250% senior notes due 2028 from the $300M placement initially announced , the hotel and entertaiment-focused REIT said Wednesday.
• The private placement is expected to close on June 22, 2023 and is expecte to result in net proceeds of ~$393M. Along with proceeds from a public equity offering and cash on hand, the proceeds from the note offering are intended to fund the $800M purchase price of the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa .
