INFO - S&P Global IHS Markit consider divesting OPIS and coals metals & mining unit

S&P Global (SPGI) and IHS Market (INFO) are exploring the divestiture of IHS Markit's Oil Price Information Services and IHS Markit's Coal, Metals, and Mining business after getting feedback from regulators on the two companies' proposed merger.S&P Global and IHS Markit continue to work with regulators and antitrust authorities on their continued review of the merger, which both companies still expect to close in H2 2021.The companies had received a second Justice Department request for information on the transaction in March.
