S&W Seed Company ( NASDAQ: SANW ) said on Monday that it had appointed Mark Herrmann as chief executive officer, effective July 1, following the planned retirement of current CEO, Mark Wong.
Wong will continue to be a part of SANW's board of directors.
SANW reiterated its previously announced outlook for 2023 revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
