The Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund II ( SABA ) is a closed-end fund that aims to provide its investors with a very attractive level of income and exposure to certain strategies and asset classes that may not be found in traditional closed-end funds. These asset classes include special purpose acquisition companies, reinsurance and catastrophe bonds, public and private debt securities, and other closed-end funds.
