SACH - Sachem Capital announces $45M revolving credit line

• Sachem Capital ( NYSE: SACH ) on Thursday announced a $45M revolving credit line , which can be increased to $75M with an accordion expansion feature.
• Shares of the real estate finance company were up 3.6% after hours.
• The expansion feature is subject to getting participating lender commitments.
• The line of credit will be used to support Sachem's ( SACH ) working capital needs, general corporate purposes and to fund new mortgage loan originations.
• The facility "significantly enhances Sachem's ( SACH ) financial flexibility and liquidity," said CFO John Warch.
• Earlier, Sachem ( SACH ) declared $0.13 quarterly dividend .
