SACH - Sachem Capital prices $35M registered note offering

• Sachem Capital ( NYSE: SACH ) on Wednesday priced a $35M registered public offering of 8% unsecured, unsubordinated notes due 2027.
• Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be ~$33.7M.
• SACH granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $5.25M of notes to cover over-allotments, if any.
• The notes will rank pari passu with SACH's unsecured, unsubordinated indebtedness, both currently outstanding or issued in future.
• The notes are expected to be listed on NYSE American under the ticker "SCCG" and will begin trading on or about Aug. 25.
• The notes will mature on Sept. 30, 2027, and may be redeemed, in whole or in part, at SACH's option on or after Aug. 23, 2024.
• Interest on the notes will accrue at the annual rate of 8% and will be payable quarterly, in arrears, on Mar. 30, Jun. 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 30, starting Dec. 30, 2022.
• The offering is expected to close on Aug. 23.
