Safeguard Scientifics ( NYSE: SFE ) said on Friday it will transfer its common stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to the NASDAQ.
( SFE ) expects to begin trading as a Nasdaq-listed company upon market open on October 26.
Safeguard’s stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "SFE."
