SAIL - SailPoint acquires ERP Maestro acquisition

SailPoint (SAIL) completes its acquisition of SaaS governance, risk and compliance company ERP Maestro.ERP Maestro will be integrated into SailPoint's Identity Platform.“Our cloud-first approach to GRC and access controls was a paradigm shift when first introduced to the market.
