And my name is Linda Litlekalsoy Aase and I'm the new CEO in SalMar. And this is the first time I'm presenting our quarterly results. Alongside me today, I have another first timer Gunnar Nielsen, who is SalMar's new CFO, and you will get to know him later in this presentation. So I am a newcomer in the SalMar industry. However, I've served for two years at the Board of SalMar before I took up the position as CEO. In addition, I have more than 20 years' industrial experience from different sectors. My background is within engineering, and I've also studied economy and management.
