In this article, we take a look at the Finnish Finance company Sampo (SAXPF) (SAXPY). This company is a large player in Scandinavian banking, due to a large ownership stake in Nordea (NRBAY) (NRDEF), but also active in the insurance business, due to ownership of some of Scandinavia's largest insurance companies. Its uncommon ownership profile and diverse portfolio make it one of my favorite Finnish portfolio positions, currently at 3.19% of my total portfolio.
