(" YAII "), a fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global, LP (" Yorkville "). This latest investment will be used to fuel Samsara's upcoming launch of its Next Gen Smart Carry-on as well as further expanding its Samsara Direct initiatives that leverage the company's online digital assets and supply chain capabilities. YAII has been a long-standing investor in Samsara Luggage, investing in the company for the past two years.
